Each skein of yarn is unique and hand-dyed with care. Please note that slight variations in color are a natural feature of artisanal dyeing and not a defect.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unwound skeins in original condition.

To start a return, please contact us at hamstersyarns@gmail.com with your order number and a short description.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Custom orders, dyed-to-order colorways, and sale items are final sale.
